To promote Mercedes-Benz and the launch of their new Actros by securing a high profile celebrity presence at an event and sales conference that would impress important customers and inspire the sales teams.
Champions (UK) plc secured comedian John Bishop for a corporate engagement representing Mercedes- Benz at the Birmingham Metropole Hotel as they launched their new Actros vehicle. John performed a stand-up set to over 500 invited guests, including sales professionals from the commercial automotive industry. Featuring music from Escala and a stunning light show from Laserman, John helped to project energy and productivity into the event, inspiring and motivating the sales team. The event was titled “Welcome to the New Dimension!” and was intended as a “Wow factor!” product launch. We carefully selected John as the ideal comedian to entertain and inspire both key figures from the Mercedes-Benz head office and from the sales teams. It was vital that John’s set was suitable for an age group that ranged from 20-65 years old. John was very well received by Mercedes-Benz and was the ideal celebrity to help reveal the new flagship Actros product.
