Jack Burnell signs up to inaugural swimming event at London’s Hyde Park

Olympic open water swimmer and Champions Celebrity client Jack Burnell has been announced as an ambassador for  Swim Serpentine, a new two-day open water swimming festival which will take place at London’s Hyde Park on 24-25 September 2016.

More than six thousand swimmers are expected to swim at the event, starting off in 18 different waves, and to promote the occasion, Jack visited the Serpentine this week to check out the water and encourage swimmers nationwide to enter the mass participation mile on the first day of the festival.

Betsafe and Matthew Hoggard team up

As part of their ICC World Twenty20 coverage, betting company Betsafe have recruited England cricket legend and Champions Celebrity client Matthew Hoggard MBE to write a series of columns featuring his commentary and opinions on their website.

The 2005 Ashes winner will also feature in videos where he will share his tips on the tournament’s competitors, including the players to watch out for and who he thinks will win the competition.

Johnny to join Sky Sports F1 team at Australian GP as new season gets underway

Johnny has joined up with the rest of the Sky Sports F1 team in Melbourne as the start of the new season gets ever nearer.

The Australian Grand Prix will be the first race on the 21-nation calendar, as 11 teams prepare to battle it out on tracks all across the world in a bid to clinch the biggest motorsport prize of all.

Johnny is part of a Sky Sports F1 line-up that boasts three other former F1 drivers, including 1996 world champion Damon Hill, together with Martin Brundle and new arrival Paul Di Resta.

Pete Cohen speaks at Dell Conference in Copenhagen

Pete Cohen took his motivational expertise to Denmark for a conference hosted by computer technology giant Dell and proved a huge success in a session which focused on the similarities between success in sport and profitable businesses.

The Bella Centre in Copenhagen saw Pete take to the stage and share his tales of working with some of the greatest sportspeople and teams in recent history, including Arsenal FC, Dame Ellen McArthur and Ronnie O’Sullivan, with more than 400 Dell sales managers.
